Production Coordinator – UK

Working with the Product Development and Sales teams to ensure all orders are delivered on time, sourced from the most suitable factories, with the highest quality components for the price paid.

Role and Responsibilities:

Creating and maintaining a critical path for each order.

Liaising with the product development, sales and technical teams to track product status and manage on time delivery.

Requesting and returning PIs

Checking and cataloguing white box samples and components

Artwork & Sample checking.

Maintaining master product spreadsheet and internal system.

Resolving production issues and delays to critical path.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

At least 1-2 years experience working directly with factories in the Far East.

Ideally at least 1-2 year’s experience in a similar production or product development role.

Excellent knowledge of Excel.

Proven logical analysis and positive problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Hard-working, organised and good at multi-tasking.

Good time management.

Good communication skills.

Enthusiasm and desire to succeed in the role.
