An exciting opportunity to join the team managing Professor Puzzle’s leading account.
We are looking for a talented and motivated Key Account Manager to join our successful team. Based in our Twickenham office, the ideal candidate will have a background in FMCG and a proven track record in building and developing buyer relationships and delivering bespoke product ranges. You will need to enjoy a fast-paced environment, bringing teams together to deliver commercial product ranges through collaborative working.
Skills and Experience:
– Proven experience in an account management role within consumer products, retail, or a product-led environment.
– Must have experience working with buyers at leading key accounts, ideally within the FMCG space.
– Experience with private label / bespoke sales.
– Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth.
– Confident managing complex accounts, long sales cycles, and cross-functional stakeholders.
– Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and critical path management skills.
– Strong communicator, comfortable leading meetings and influencing both internal and external partners.
– Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Key Account Management & Retention
– Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, delivering outstanding service throughout the order lifecycle.
– Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
– Act as the main point of contact for allocated accounts, ensuring a proactive and solutions-led approach.
Commercial Performance & Profitability
– Own account profitability, negotiating costs internally and externally to meet agreed margin targets.
– Maintain a commercial mindset when assessing new opportunities, product ranges, and category expansion.
Sales Analysis & Forecasting
– Present seasonal performance reviews covering sales, pricing, and product performance.
– Use data and insight to inform future ranges and seasonal planning.
– Adjust forecasts throughout the season, contributing to monthly and quarterly sales reviews.
Customer Presentations & Meetings
– Lead customer meetings independently, confidently presenting brand positioning, product ranges, and USPs.
– Deliver compelling product presentations to maximise sales and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Project & Critical Path Management
– Act as the central link between sales, product development, design, logistics, and production teams.
– Own critical path management for accounts, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
– Manage customer purchase orders, ensuring alignment with agreed pricing, quantities, timelines, and specifications.
– Oversee product sign-off at all stages, from concept through to production, ensuring quality and commercial viability.

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Designer to join our dynamic team. Based in our Twickenham office, the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of graphic design, will be organised and efficient, as well as have the ability to pick up new tasks quickly. They should enjoy a fast-paced and open office environment.
Key responsibilities:
– Identify key design trends.
– Review critical dates to ensure deadlines are met.
– Produce mock ups and photography.
– Create visuals, presentation boards and Style Guides.
– Accurately apply in-house or customer style guides to product ranges.
– Prepare print-ready files for factory.
– Make changes to artwork where needed.
– File artwork files on the server as directed by the Design Manager.
– Liaise with factories to check and approve JPEGS for pre-mass samples.
– Photograph items for catalogue, pre-mass website and social media.
– Check pre-mass samples with product development, marketing and sales teams to make sure products are perfect for mass production. Check colour matching, print registration and cutter-guides.
– Produce sell sheets, trade fair information, any other marketing materials as required.
– Support other members of the team with mock ups, presentations, preparation etc.
– Complete any ad hoc tasks as requested.
Requirements:
– Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design or related subject, or experience that covers 3 years in design.
– Evidence of packaging experience – either university project, self-directed projects or at a job.
– Experience in print design.
– Knowledge and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
– Basic photography skills.
– Good sense of colour, layout, composition and typography.
– Ability to follow brand guidelines and visual consistency.
– Understanding of consumer behaviour, shelf impact and the commercial awareness.
– Attention to detail.
– Good communication skills for working on projects with multiple teams.
– Good time management, organisation and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team based in Twickenham. If you are organised and have a good eye for detail, we invite you to apply for this newly created role, becoming a vital administration link between the sales team and our retail customers. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a team, a self-starter with strong time management skills and detailed orientated.
Key responsibilities:
– Complete customer documentation
– Upload documentation on to customer portals
– Request, upload, and input purchase orders
– Assist with samples for customer presentations and sample distribution to customers
– DHL distribution and receiving of product samples

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Product team. Based in our Twickenham office, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They should be approachable, positive, and confident at forming effective working relationships with different departments – both in our office and with our teams overseas. We are looking for someone who can efficiently solve problems and turn chaos into calm.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create critical paths for each order based on requirements
– Work with relevant internal teams to ensure critical path dates are achievable and adjust where required
– Communicate product specifications and timelines to factories in China
– Check and approve all artwork prior to mass production
– Place purchase orders with the factories using internal product database
– Organise and lead pre-production sample review meetings
– Complete relevant sections of the sample specification sheets, review and give final approval of information
– Liaise with internal teams to help resolve any production issues
– Lead and deliver projects set in line with team initiatives, including sourcing new suppliers
– Visit the factories when required to check pre-production samples, view production, aid with inspections and look at new factories where required
Requirements:
– Experience managing critical paths for 50+ SKUS in one season
– Experience working with overseas suppliers
– Proficiency in Microsoft suite, specifically Excel
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
– Experience working with Aldi desirable

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our Product team. Based in our Twickenham office, the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They should enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting, and be confident at forming effective working relationships with different departments – both in our office and with our teams overseas. We are looking for someone who can support our bespoke product orders as well as coordinate and maintain specifications in our product database.
Key Responsibilities:
– Set up and process repeat and refresh product lines and ensure they are finalised in line with production critical paths
– Communicate updates and changes clearly to key resources, enabling the development process to run smoothly
– Be a day-to-day resource for questions about assigned lines, and trouble-shoot obstacles
– Negotiate product costs with suppliers to hit optimum price and improve margins
– Work with Production Coordinators to select best factories to use for specific lines
– Work with Sample Coordinator to request and collate white boxes for sign-offs and mock ups
– Accurately input data into product database
– Brief design and content team accurately and on time
– Identify and implement improvements on existing products
– Request, assess and summarise pricing for repeat products
– Work with Senior Product and Pricing Manager to cross quote and re-sample repeat products
– Update and approve specification sheets
– Support team with product database queries, offering support, guidance and assistance to make changes
– Support the Project Manager and Head of Design Studio on administration around mock-up requests
– Work with Project Manager to ensure projects are up to date in the product data base
– Attend and input into pre-mass meetings
– Sign-off artwork before the final upload to the factories
– Coordinate, check and approve samples, components, and cutter guides
– Review, label and store all white box samples across teams for TJ Maxx AW proposals
– Deliver annual operations teams initiatives
Requirements:
– 1-2 years working for a consumer product company with product specifications
– Experience working with product portals or other types of data bases
– Enjoy problem-solving and troubleshooting
– Loves a fast-paced and open office environment
– Clear communication skills
– Exceptional organisational skills
– Experience working with Chinese factories helpful
