We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Product team. Based in our Twickenham office, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They should be approachable, positive, and confident at forming effective working relationships with different departments – both in our office and with our teams overseas. We are looking for someone who can efficiently solve problems and turn chaos into calm.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create critical paths for each order based on requirements
– Communicate product specifications and timelines to factories in China
– Check and approve all artwork prior to mass production
– Place purchase orders with the factories using internal product database
– Organise and lead pre-production sample review meetings
Requirements:
– Experience managing critical paths for 50+ SKUS in one season
– Experience working with overseas suppliers
– Proficiency in Microsoft suite, specifically Excel
– Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role working with product

We are looking for a talented and motivated Product Developer to join our dynamic team. Based in our Twickenham office, the ideal candidate will be confident at communicating with different teams, have keen attention to detail, and should enjoy a fast-paced and open office environment. They will be responsible for developing original ideas as well as giving new life to our existing products.
Key Responsibilities:
– Cleverly reimage current products and find new ways to present in various looks and price points
– Create comprehensive briefs for design and content teams
– Sign-off on artwork before final upload and progressing to pre-production samples
– Negotiate with suppliers to hit optimum price and target margins
– Review product content with internal content team and action amendments
– Own product cycle through to a functioning pre-production sample
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 – 3 years working for a consumer product company
– Experience working with product portals or other types of data bases
– Effective at problem-solving and troubleshooting
– Experience working with Chinese suppliers helpful

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Copy and Content Writer to join our dynamic team on a 6-month, fixed-term contract, to help during peak season. Working from our Twickenham office, the ideal candidate will have excellent copywriting and proofreading skills as well as a talent for creating game and quiz content. They will have the ability to write engaging, creative sales copy, as well as being skilled in more technical writing.
We are looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, who will enjoy getting involved in a variety of projects and can quickly adapt their writing style and tone of voice. Experience working within the consumer products industry is ideal, but not essential.

Key responsibilities will include:
– Writing concise and engaging packaging copy, as well as clear gameplay instructions
– Working to product development briefs, producing accurate, concise copy for bespoke and catalogue games, puzzles and gifts
– Creating copy for marketing materials, across a variety of mediums including social media, blogs, customer emails, and newsletters
– Researching and writing quiz questions/answers, ensuring the accuracy of all content
– Assessing the appropriateness of content for the target audience and ensuring suitability by testing products and content on the target market
– Looking out for new content to enhance current/new products and ranges
– Brainstorming new products with the Product Development Team
– Proofreading content across all forms of communication – product packaging, game content, company website, etc.
